Members are reminded that membership applications must be submitted by March 15th for the early special pricing. Membership will be $50.00 after the 15th.
· Class reps all reported no business.

Cars MUST be race ready and that does include the motor. Inspection will be from 9am-1pm each day. No new inspections will be done at practice day or the first race, they are for re-inspection only.

The Lanco night at the Barnstormers stadium has been confirmed. It will be held May 2nd. There will be a car from each class on display. The game starts at 1:30PM. If the club sells 50 tickets online we will receive $200.00 and 4.00/ticket over the 50. We will also need 20 volunteers to work a concession stand and net 10% of the profits. Please see Barb Seville to volunteer for this event.
A big thanks was given to all the participants of the car show there representing Lanco.
The pig roast went ok, not quite as well as expected though.
The work parties are scheduled for the next two weekends. With the abundance of snow still at the track, we are not sure what will be able to be completed. The plan is to get some of the buildings and grounds painted, trim painted, couple of trees and limbs removed, general clean-up. Painting supplies, chainsaws, ladders, rakes and shovels will be needed. Check the message board and Lanco’s’ website for updates before you head to the track.
We will be having television coverage again for 2010. There will be seven dates set but they have not been finalized yet. Applications for commercial coverage are available through Jason Wills.
For the good of the Club:
The Dj Jim Buchter, from “Back in Time” dj service passed away unexpectedly. He had worked for the Club at the banquets in the past. Area veteran organizations have put together a cash ticket to raise money for the family. They are available through Roger Martin.
The April meeting will be held at the West Earl Fire Company. The May meeting will be at the track.
With no further business Tim entertained a motion to adjourn from Greg and seconded by Ron. The motion passed and we adjourned at 8:00pm.
