**Brent Ely started 20th in the 600cc feature and utilized the bottom groove to climb to fifth at the finish.

**The 270cc victory was the second in a row for Rutherford, and his fourth of the season.

**Maurer's triumph in the 125cc Class snapped his teammate's five-race win streak. It was Maurer's first 125cc win of the year, while Richie Hartman had to settle for third place after winning the previous five consecutive features.

**Jason Swavely appeared to have two features sewn up on Saturday, leading the 270cc main until he apparently burned a piston heading for the white flag, which permitted Rutherford to get by him and steal the win. Swavely was also leading the Sportsman feature until he suffered a mechanical issue that knocked him out with three laps to go.

**Heart-breaker for Kory Merkey...who crossed the finish line first in the 125cc feature, apparently diffusing all the hard luck that has plagued him in the first half of the 2012 season. But Lady Luck continues to frown upon Merkey, as his No. 88 did not make weight as it crossed the scale after the race. Merkey was just a little bit light so he was disqualified and the victory went to Jesse Maurer.

**Fantastic field of 41 entered the 600cc portion of the Greenawalt Memorial on Saturday, while 31 of the 270's signed in for competition. Many teams were on hand to dial in their cars for next weekend's Micromania event for the 600's and the 270 Clash at the Clyde. The two day program takes place on Saturday, June 30, and Sunday, July 1st. For details on this colossal event, log on to www.lancomicrosprint.com.

**The full race results press release from the Greenawalt Memorial will be distributed later in the day on Sunday, June 24.
